We have studied the magnetic properties of the mixed compound Ce(Ru1-xRhx)(
2)Si-2 (0.3 less than or equal to x less than or equal to 0.5) by means of
specific heat and magnetization measurements with single crystalline sample
s. The C/T, specific heat divided by T, shows a logarithmic temperature dep
endence between 0.1 and 10 K for x = 0.4 and 0.5 and the susceptibility con
forms to 1 - T-1/2 and 1 - T-1/3 in the temperature range of 1.8 K and 10 K
respectively. These non-Fermi liquid behaviors are studied on the basis of
self-consistent renormalization theory and Kondo disorder model. However,
their magnetic properties seem not to be explained simply by such theories,
especially as inferred from very large non-linear susceptibility.
