Abstract
1,2-H-Diaziridines can be successfully alkylated only at one of the ring ni
trogen atoms, whereas preliminary metalation is required for introducing an
alkyl substituent at the second nitrogen atom; this metalation was perform
ed using N-sodium salts as an example.
