Abstract
This paper presents the study of density fluctuations in a model for vibrat ed granular media. Their microscopic origin is shown to be linked to the mi croscopic disorder in grains packing. Varying vibrations amplitude and dura tion, several regimes an found for density relaxation. Its Fewer spectrum i s well described by power laws.
