Two techniques for the separation of acids eaters was tested. A simple quan
titative reaction which converts all acids to the sylyl methyl esters is de
scribed These derivates can be separated and quantitated by gas chromatogra
phy using a capillary column packing with SE52 and internal standard methyl
palmitate. The total time for esterification and analysis time: is of one
hour The qualitative determination analysis of acids end esters was accompl
ished by thin layer chromatography in the following conditions fluorescent
kieselgel and eluents system (isooctan:acetate isoamyl) was used. The ident
ification method was the colons reaction with a solution of bromcresol gree
n and fluorescence exposure.
