Two techniques for the separation of acids eaters was tested. A simple quan titative reaction which converts all acids to the sylyl methyl esters is de scribed These derivates can be separated and quantitated by gas chromatogra phy using a capillary column packing with SE52 and internal standard methyl palmitate.
