Abstract
A case of granuloma annulare (GA) localised to the shaft of the penis is re
ported with a brief review of the current literature. We concluded that pen
ile GA, although rare, should be considered in the differential diagnosis o
f granulomatous lesions of the penis and that histopathological examination
of the lesion is essential for the diagnosis.
