Abstract
Traditional vein harvesting techniques are associated with significant disc omfort and complication rates as high as 43%. Less invasive techniques have been proved to be feasible and seem to reduce wound complications and hosp ital length of stay. Because instrumentation is still being refined and lon g-term graft patency data are not available, further study is required to e valuate fully these emerging technologies.
