The linear coefficient of thermal-expansion, alpha(T), on a high-quality si
ngle crystal of the title compound reveals pronounced and strongly anisotro
pic phase-transition anomalies at T-c = 9.95 K, Application of magnetic fie
lds perpendicular to the conducting planes leads to pronounced superconduct
ing fluctuation effects and scaling behaviour in alpha(T,B). The latter ena
bles us to separate an additional, field-induced anomaly in the superconduc
ting state for B greater than or equal to 3 T. Anomalous behaviour remains
also in fields B > B-c2 with a qualitative different phenomenology.
