Abstract
Effective charge of migrating silver atom has been determined from the stea dy state concentration profile of the dement in the (BEDT-TTF)(3)AgxI8, sal t at room temperature. The determined value of 1.05 +/- 0.1 corresponds wit hin experimental accuracy to the net Ag+ ion charge, indicating negligible electron wind force contribution.
