magnetoresistance of the Bechgaard salt (TMTSF)(2)SbF6 has been investigate
d in pulsed magnetic field up to 36 T and for temperature down to 1.8 K. A
series of fast oscillations has been observed with a fundamental frequency
of 165 T. To date, this frequency is the lowest mer found in the Bechgaard
salt family. Commonly observed in these salts, the oscillation amplitude ex
hibits a maximum at low temperature. We have also studied the influence of
the magnetic field on the spin density wave transition temperature. In addi
tion, a large negative magnetoresistance has been evidenced for a particula
r field orientation.
