Li-7 solid nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra of the fully-charged di
sordered carbon(H/C atomic ratio = 0.3) were measured at various temperatur
es. One band at 17.8 ppm was observed at room temperature and even at low t
emperature, only one band at 4.8 ppm was observed. Based on our theoretical
calculations, the mechanism of Li storage in the disordered carbon is disc
ussed.
