Abstract
We have demonstrated that the efficiency of poly(p-phenylene vinylene) ligh t-emitting diodes (LEDs), with aluminium contacts, can be increased by a fa ctor 60 through use of a poly(p-pyridine-2,5-diyl) electron-transporting la yer. We report an investigation of single and multilayer LEDs using quasi-s tatic capacitance-voltage measurements.
