Abstract
We report the electrical and optical characterization of organic LED's prep ared by the deposition - using the Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) technique - of po ly(3-hexadecylthiophene), PHDT, on an ITO substrate, and subsequent evapora tion of an Al electrode.
