Abstract
Charge carrier diffusion in an agglomeration of non-conducting resin grains covered with a layer of small conducting particles occurs on two scales, o n single spherical grain surfaces and between different grains. Measurement s of the frequency dependent permittivity between 5 Hz and 0.5 THz have bee n performed. The analysis allows to distinguish between the two contributio ns to the conductivity of the system.
