Abstract
Pseudo Phenyl-Polyphenylene vinylene (PhPPV) sequences have been synthesise d by dehydrogenation of quasi alternated 1,3 cyclohexadiene (CHD) - styrene (St) copolymers prepared by anionic copolymerisation initiated by sec butyl lithium in cyclohexane. This method allows the preparation of block copolym ers including phenyl PPV sequences.
