Abstract
The mobility and the decay of charge carriers in pTS crystals with differen t structure and morphology have been investigated by time-resolved microwav e conductivity measurements. The crystal structure of pTS is determined by the method of monomer crystal growth and the polymerisation route. The intr achain mobility was found to depend strongly on the backbone structure, whi le the interchain transport did not differ much for samples with different morphology.
