Abstract
Intervalence-transfer (IT) bands at mixed-valence states of oligo(1,1'-dihe xylferrocenylene)s determined by the analysis of the absorption spectra of the oligomers From dimer to hexamer oxidized quantitatively with 1,1'-dichl oroferrocenium ion show several characteristic features depending on the ox idation number and the number of ferrocene units.
