Abstract
We have fabricated TTF-TCNQ charge-transfer (CT) complex films on PTFE rubb ed films by evaporation techniques, and measured the molar ratio of the fil ms by varying the growth temperature. In contract, the molecular orientatio n of TTF-TCNQ on PTFE rubbed films was investigated by in-situ polarized op tical measurement. TTF-TCNQ CT complex films with a-molar ratio of 1:1 were obtained under the appropriate source and growth temperatures, and the mol ecular orientation of the TTF-TCNQ crystal long axis perpendicular to the P TFE chain was observed.
