Abstract
Novelmonoanionic, dianionic and neutral nickel, copper and palladium comple xes with the extended TTF dithiolato ligand, propylenedithiotetrathiafulval enedithiolate[ptdt(2-)=(S8C9H6)(2-)], have been synthesized-The crystal str uctures of these complexes show the possibility of the electronic band form ation by novel 2D or 3D intermolecular contacts through ptdt ligands. The s ingle crystal of Ni(ptde)(2) revealed an extremely high electrical conducti vity(7 S cm(-1)) at room temperature as a neutral molecular crystal.
