Kinetics studies of the conductivity degradation of doped PEDOT thin layer
laid on a polymeric substrate obtained through accelerated ageing tests are
presented. In first approximation, the conductivity decay in air can be tr
eated as a pseudo-first order process, in which time constant, tau, follows
an Arrehnius law which allowed the prediction of the long-term behaviour o
f the conductivity.
