Abstract
Photorewritable conducting polyaniline image was successfully obtained by t he photopolymerization of aniline derivatives for Flemion composite film co ntaining Ru(bpy)(3)(2+) and TiO2. The image can be erased and regenerated b y consecutive photoreduction and photooxidation via photoinduced electron t ransfer with TiO2 and Ru(bpy)(3)(2+) in the composite film. These photoindu ced reactions were considerably affected by the deaeration condition for th e reaction solution. When photooxidation and photoreduction were carried ou t in the reaction solution deaerated O-2 or N-2 respectively, good reversib ility for photoredox reaction was obtained on the present system.
