We show that PANI(CSA)(0.5), processed from 1,1,1,3,3,3-hexafluoro-2-propan
ol (HFIP) exhibits improved chain stacking as evidenced from X-ray diffract
ion studies. Films cast from HFIP show metallic type of conductivity down t
o 200 K. The temperature dependence of the conductivity can be fitted using
a combination of a metallic and hopping contributions in the frame of hete
rogeneous disorder picture.
