Spin dynamics has been investigated by NMR techniques in highly conducting
polyaniline (PANI-CSA) aged at 135 degrees C in room atmosphere for times g
oing from 0 to 14 days. Proton nuclear relaxation times have been measured
as a function of frequency and temperature. Data are analyzed in the frame
of an heterogeneous disorder with metallic regions connected by poorly cond
ucting disordered chains. Aging acts as a corrosion process of the metallic
parts without affecting the dynamics in amorphous zones.
