Abstract
Continuous-wave lasing has been achieved via the ground state of composite vertically coupled InAlAs/InGaAs quantum dots in an AlGaAs matrix with a ro om temperature output power of 3.3 W at both mirrors. (C) 1999 American Ins titute of Physics. [S1063-7850(99)00706-5].
