Vv. Borovkov et al., Temperature controlled syn-anti conformational switching in zinc containing porphyrin dimers via ligand assistance, TETRAHEDR L, 40(27), 1999, pp. 5051-5054
Unique temperature dependent syn-anti conformational changes in bis- and mo
nozinc ethane-bridged porphyrin dimers take place in alcohol containing sol
vents; these dimers adopt a syn conformation at room temperature, while a d
ecrease in temperature results in the gradual shift of the conformational e
quilibrium towards the anti conformer. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science Ltd, All r
