Abstract
Single crystals of GdMn2, TbMn2, DyMn2 and ErMn2 compounds were grown by th e Czochralski method from a levitated melt. The quality of the obtained cry stals were examined using the X-ray Berg-Barrett topography and powder diff raction method. The X-ray patterns were also calculated using the program F ullProf.
