Abstract
A novel fuzzy filter is proposed which can be used to solve the state estim
ation problem. The Lyapunov function is utilised as a performance index to
formulate the fuzzy inference rules of the proposed filter. The advantages
of this filter are its simplicity, effectiveness and stability.
