Abstract
Enantiopure (1R,2R)-1,2-diaminocyclohex-4-ene derivatives have been synthes ized by the ruthenium-catalyzed ring-closing metathesis reaction of (4R,5R) -N,N'-bis [(S)-1-phenylethyl]-4,5-diamino-1,7-octadiene dihydrochloride.
