The alpha-decay energy and halflife of At-195m were determined to be 6960+/
-20 keV and 385(-51)(+69) ms respectively, on the basis of genetic correlat
ions in the Tm-169(Ar-36, alpha 6n)At-195 reaction, while those of At-195g
measured simultaneously were 7105+/-30 keV and 146(-17)(+21) ms respectivel
y, reconfirming the previously reported values. A new isotope Fr-199 was al
so produced and identified in the same way; in the Tm-169(Ar-36: 6n)Fr-199
reaction, yielding E-alpha=7655+/-40 keV and T-1/2=12(-4)(+10) ms.
