Abstract
We have developed an approach able to follow the formation of heterometalli c bonds for nanometer scale metallic clusters in the case where the two met als are close in the periodic table, In order to illustrate our purpose, ex periments have been performed on bimetallic PtRe/Al2O3 catalysts.
