The effect of the non-linear interaction between high density excitons is i
nvestigated. We use the Fokker-Planck equation and the corresponding stocha
stic differential equation to study the composite system of cavity field an
d exciton. The small-fluctuation approximation is made to obtain the quadra
ture squeezing spectra of the output light field. The squeezing conditions
for each quadrature component of the output field are given. (C) 1999 Publi
