Abstract
The effect of the non-linear interaction between high density excitons is i nvestigated. We use the Fokker-Planck equation and the corresponding stocha stic differential equation to study the composite system of cavity field an d exciton. The small-fluctuation approximation is made to obtain the quadra ture squeezing spectra of the output light field.
