Abstract
The automated information system AIS PM contains a fractographic descriptio n of techniques developed in the fields of powder metallurgy, ceramics, and composite materials in 1965-1992 in the CIS and in 1992-1995 in Ukraine. T his principle, first introduced in Ukraine, can be used to compile data bas es containing information on materials, substances, technologies, equipment documentation, etc.
