Abstract
The paper presents a device for nanoparticle production using the method of vaporization of metals and/or the method of thermal decomposition of compo unds of metals (oxides, carbonyls, halides, etc.) in the plasma of transfer red electric are or in plasma jet. The dimensions particles obtained are 3 to 100 nm some possible applications.
