Abstract
The main features of model reactions of titanium and zirconium alkoxides wi th silazanes were studied. A method was developed for incorporating titaniu m and zirconium atoms into the structure of silazane polymers prepared by c oammonolysis of dichlorodimethylsilane and trichloromethylsilane or by cata lytic polycondensation of dimethylcyclosilazanes. These polymers were studi ed as ceramics precursors.
