Abstract
We report on a case of chondromyxoid fibroma involving two adjacent thoraci c vertebrae with features of aggressive behaviour on radiographs, CT and MR I. Histology revealed typical chondromyxoid fibroma with unusually coarse c alcifications. Chondromyxoid fibroma of the spine is rare, and only 30 of t hese tumours have been reported so far. Involvement of two contiguous verte bral bodies by chondromyxoid fibroma, as reported here, appears exceptional .
