Abstract
The effect of 29 commonly encountered substituents on the chemical shifts o f alpha, beta and C5H5 positions in monosubstituted ferrocenes are tabulate d and employed for determining H-1 NMR assignments in 1,2- and 1,1'-disubst ituted ferrocene derivatives.
