Abstract
A 36 year old premenopausal woman with breast cancer received adjuvant Gose relin (GnRH-agonist) for 2 years. Six month after finishing therapy she got pregnant and delivered a female child who was suffering from combined hear t failure from which it died only a few weeks after delivery.
