Abstract
We present a case report of a 28-year-old female student with a long histor y of psoriasis. Different systemical therapies with Ciclosporin A, steroids , methotrexate and 8-methoxy-psoralene showed little or no effect. After ei ght weeks of climatotherapy in the special climate of Davos, Switzerland (1 ,560 m), she had a complete remission.
