Abstract
Linear modes in the rotating neutron star polar-cap electron-positron plasma are considered. Due to the like dynamical behavior among specie s, linear modes in electron-positron plasmas have some specific featur es. Rotation of a neutron star generates additional effects on the pla sma in the polar-cap region. These effects are different for waves pro pagating at different angles to the ambient magnetic field.
