Abstract
Induction periods were measured for various supersaturated aqueous solution s of potassium dihydrogen orthophosphate doped separately with potassium br omide and potassium dichromate by the direct vision method. Various critica l nucleation parameters were calculated based on the classical theory for h omogeneous crystal nucleation and the results are reported and discussed. T he critical nucleation parameters increased with increase in doping concent ration for both the dopants considered.
