Abstract
The ultrasonographic, color Doppler, and computed tomography findings of an unusual vascular primary tumor of the spleen are reported. A brief clinica l and histopathological analysis of this entity is discussed and the differ ential diagnosis of other primary lesions of the spleen is attempted. (C) E lsevier Science inc,, 1999.
