Abstract
Polarization switching and dielectric spectroscopy have been studied in KTi
OPO4 and KTiOAsO4 crystals. Spontaneous polarization and coercive fields ha
ve been measured. Periodically poled domain structure has been fabricated i
n KTA plates for optical parametric oscillation in the mid-infrared region.
