Abstract
A facile one pot synthesis of some new 2-(1-piperidinyl/1-pyrrolidinyl)-4-s ubstituted phenyl-6-(3',5'-dibromo-4'-hydroxy phenyl)-pyrimidine derivative s (Va-g) and their antibacterial and herbicidal activity have been reported . Structural elucidation of all the synthesized compounds has been done on the basis of elemental analysis and spectral data.
