A framework of intuition support systems

Decision Support Systems (DSS) are usually designed to use normative model and logical analysis to prevent decisions from intuitive bias. However, in real world, it is difficult to construct a normative model with insufficien t knowledge. At that situation, intuitive thinking becomes more useful. The purpose of this article is to present a framework of Intuition Support Sys tem (ISS) using Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) and Influence Diagram (ID). It t akes advantage of the memory capacity and computing ability of computers to dispel the bias of intuitive thinking and enhance: the advantage of it.
