(e,2e), (e, e'gamma) and (e,2e gamma) coincidence measurements on ionizatio
n of He atom via excitation and decay of (3ln'l' autoionizing states above
the n=2 threshold are considered theoretically. General regularities of ali
gnment transfer from atomic autoionizing states to excited states of the re
sidual ion are shown under condition of strong interference between resonan
t and direct ionization processes.
