Abstract
We report the case of a patient who presented an engigmatic chrorioretinopa thy. The rickettsial etiology was confirmed late. This case recalls the gen eral ophthalmological features of Mediterranean spotted fever. The serology pattern and different clinical arguments led to diagnosis.
