Abstract
Full-time faculty teaching in Christian higher education were surveyed abou t how they envision and practice mentoring among themselves. The study, a r eplication of a 1991 study by Sands, Parson, and Duane, examined who is inv olved in mentoring, why, under what conditions, what is done, and what facu lty desire in mentoring relationships.
