A linearized form for the screened form factors of electron-phonon int
eraction in the metallic glass Mg70Zn30 is applied for the first time
to predict the superconducting state parameters viz. electron-phonon c
oupling strength (lambda), Coulomb pseudopotential (mu), transition t
emperature (T-c), isotope effect exponent (alpha) and the interaction
strength (N-0 V). Computed results agree with the experimental data av
ailable in the literature.
