Abstract
The evaluation of Rosa canina L. fruits and its products have been dependen t in part on organic acid contents. In this study, ascorbic and citric acid contents in Rosa canina L. fruits collected from five different regions in Central Asia were investigated, Amounts of acids determined with HPLC meth od were found to be 0.048-0.1143 g/100g for ascorbic acid, 5.9-7.5 g/100g f or citric acid.
