Abstract
We have determined the affinity of human deoxycytidine kinase with respect to new fluorescent N-methylanthraniloyl cytidine derivatives or non fluores cent enantiomeric cytidine analogues. New results regarding the enantiosele ctivity and the mechanism of the enzyme are presented.
