Abstract
Dissociation constants and stoichiometry of binding for interaction of Cell ulomonas sp. purine nucleoside phosphorylase with its substrates: inosine/g uanosine, orthophosphate, guanine/hypoxanthine and D-ribose-1-phosphate wer e studied by kinetic and spectrofluorimetric methods.
